IMPORTANT FACTS FOR YOU TO KNOW:

• Your car is the second largest investment you will likely ever make.  The decision to have us repair it will insure that a factory type repair is reproduced.
• Never drive a car that is unsafe or illegal because of damages.  We are willing and able to handle the claim with any insurance company.  No matter who the company is we will perform the repair to our "better than factory" standards to insure that your repair is done properly.
• There is no reason for you to get multiple estimates.  If one estimate is higher than another it simply may indicate that it is more complete.  We never brag to be the cheapest; most shops in a given area written estimates with very similar estimating software and have nearly identical rates. 
• You have a right to use us as your shop, an insurance company can not steer you differently.  It is entirely your choice.  We are more than happy to work from any estimate from any shop or any insurance company.  We will then repair the vehicle to our standards and collect the balance without you necessarily needing to be involved.
• If you have received multiple estimates and you would like us to thoroughly explain the differences, give us the opportunity.  We are happy to help clear any confusion.
• Choose a shop that is capable of a factory type repair.  This requires the ability to measure and document frames and structures with a sophisticated measuring system.  Today's paint finishes also require a baking process to be properly applied.  We have the ability to do all of this.
• Be sure the shop you choose offers a lifetime warranty.  The best reputable paint suppliers do, and it should be passed on to you.
